Creating an Impact
That Lives Beyond Memory
The Memory Foundation is building a stronger network of care for individuals living with dementia and the caregivers who support them. Every grant, partnership, award, and milestone helps us expand access to education, respite, resources, and compassionate community support.
Our Mission in Action
The Memory Foundation began with a deeply personal caregiving journey, but its impact continues to grow through the support of individuals, organizations, and community partners who believe no caregiver should have to walk this path alone.
Each milestone represents more than organizational growth. It represents another opportunity to reach a family, educate a caregiver, strengthen a community, and provide relief to someone carrying more than others can see.
Our Journey of Growth:

Foundation Established
The Memory Foundation was created from lived caregiving experience and a commitment to ensuring that families navigating dementia feel supported and understood.
Programs Developed
Caregiver support, respite initiatives, dementia education, resource navigation, and community outreach became the foundation of our work.
Community Partnerships Expanded
Relationships with healthcare providers, local organizations, faith communities, volunteers, and supporters helped strengthen our reach.
2026 CDRI Grant Awarded
Caregiver support, respite initiatives, dementia education, resource navigation, and community outreach became the foundation of our work.
The Journey Continues
Future milestones will include expanded programming, new community partnerships, additional funding opportunities, and increased support for caregivers and families.

Made Possible Through Partnership
Our progress would not be possible without the funders, donors, volunteers, sponsors, healthcare professionals, and community organizations who believe in this mission.
Their support allows us to transform compassion into meaningful action and create more opportunities for caregivers to receive the relief, guidance, and community they deserve.

Investing in the Future of Dementia Respite Care
We are honored to announce that The Memory Foundation has been awarded a $[GRANT AMOUNT] grant from the Alzheimer’s Association Center for Dementia Respite Innovation.
This funding will help us establish and strengthen dementia-specific respite services, become more dementia-capable, and provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals living with dementia and the caregivers who support them.
What This Grant Makes Possible:
Expanded dementia-specific respite services
Additional caregiver relief and support
Enhanced staff and volunteer preparation
More person-centered programming
Greater access to meaningful community resources
This grant is more than financial support. It is an investment in caregivers, families, dignity, and the future of dementia care in our community.

Building Toward Something Greater
The impact we are creating today is helping shape the future of The Memory Foundation.
We envision expanded respite services, stronger caregiver programs, more educational opportunities, deeper community partnerships, and a permanent space where individuals living with dementia and their families can receive support, connection, and hope.
Every milestone brings that vision closer to reality.
